Who runs this site

DownTo1 Packs (packs.downto1.com, part of DownTo1) is operated by Michał Zajączkowski, a sole operator based in Poland, who is the data controller under the GDPR. Contact: info@downto1.com.

What this site does not do

There are no accounts, no forms, and no advertising trackers. Your answers and session live in your browser's local storage only and are never transmitted to us. This storage is strictly necessary for the app to function and involves no tracking.

Visit statistics (no cookies)

We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host on our own domain (stats.downto1.com). It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal profiles — only aggregate figures such as pages viewed, referrer, country and browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because no personal data is stored and nothing is shared with third parties, no consent banner is required.

Outbound retailer links

No affiliate network is currently enabled on this site. Links to retailers point straight at the retailer's own search page, and following one sets nothing on your device beyond whatever that retailer does on its own site.

Those links may in future become affiliate links, routed through an affiliate network's redirect so that a purchase can be attributed to us. If that happens, the network may set cookies on its own domains for that attribution, and we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It would act as an independent controller for that processing — not as our processor — so this policy will name the network here, with a link to its own privacy policy, before any link is routed through it. Either way, nothing happens unless you click an outbound link, and none of this ever affects the ranking: the kit is computed before any link exists.

Hosting

The site is delivered by a content delivery network, which briefly processes IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
